Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love everything you find at Sail & Sparrow. 🤎 Each piece is thoughtfully chosen with you in mind, but we understand that sometimes an item just doesn’t work out.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke, or other odors
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Approved returns will be issued as store credit. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We’re happy to help when inventory allows. Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

Because many of our styles are available in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size or style will still be available. If your requested exchange is unavailable, store credit will be issued for an eligible return.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items
• Jewelry and accessories
• Gift cards
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after purchase

Online Orders

For online returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Sail & Sparrow is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and your order information. We’ll work with you to make it right.
